Classification of Events
Notices of upcoming events posted by the deaneries are sponsored by a parish or organization within a deanery and are of particular interest to the members of that deanery. Eparchial events are intended to be of broader interest to the eparchy as a whole.
Canadian national events are events of interest elsewhere in Canada. Similarly, international events are notices of upcoming events in the Ukrainian Catholic Church throughout the world.
Ecumenical News contains information on ecumenical happenings, usually from within the eparchy.
Detailed Events Calendar
The detailed events calendar displays all major events as well as numerous others, such as:
* special Church services
* workshops, lectures, retreats
* special meetings of Parishes and organizations
* local praznyks, vidpusts, pilgrimages, blessing of graves
* bingos and other local fundraising events

and similar events that are not customarily announced as major events.
Generally, any event submitted, that is of interest to the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Saskatoon, its Parishes and affiliated organizations, will be posted except for regular church services, regular classes, programs, and regular meetings of Parishes and organizations. These kinds of events are far too numerous to maintain on the Eparchial calendar and are almost always noted in Parish Bulletins. (Links to Parish Bulletins are posted on the home page.)
