General Administrator Required - Sheptytsky Institute

The Archangel Gabriel Eparchial Ministries Inc. (AGEMI) invites applications for the position of General Administrator at Sheptytsky Institute.  The Institute is a co-ed Ukrainian Catholic university student residence adjacent to the University of Saskatchewan campus at 1236 College Drive, Saskatoon

This is a permanent half-time position responsible to the AGEMI Board of Directors for the overall management of the business and financial affairs of the institute.  Duties include: scheduling and supervision of staff, budgeting, processing of accounts, supervising student residents, producing newsletters and promotional materials, organizing and overseeing meetings and events.

The successful candidate must have strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.  Experience in staff management and a demonstrated knowledge of staff supervision and office operations are also required.  Familiarity with the Ukrainian Catholic Church and its organization is desirable.
