Слава Ісусу Христу!
Glory be to Jesus Christ!
Dear Reverend Fathers, Sisters, Parish Council Presidents, brothers and sisters in Christ,
On behalf of Bishop Bryan Bayda, C.Ss.R., I would like to announce the formation of a new working-group in the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Saskatoon dedicated to addressing ways to assist with the current humanitarian crisis occurring in Ukraine: RESCU (Response by Eparchy of Saskatoon to Crisis in Ukraine). RESCU will continue to convene to organize and action various responses that the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of Saskatoon will undertake to assist Ukrainians effected and displaced by the war including through spiritual, financial, and educational means.
After receiving many calls to our parishes and Chancery Office, we want to reiterate that the best help that the faithful of the Eparchy can give is through financial support to humanitarian aide organizations, of which we highly promote the Catholic Near-East Welfare Association of Canada (CNEWA).
You can send donations directly to CNEWA through the following ways:
