On June 4, 2022 at St. Michael’s Camp at Madge Lake, SK, a Moleben to the Mother of God and a Farewell Supper was held in honour of Bishop Bryan who has been appointed Eparch of Toronto and Eastern Canada by the Holy Father, Pope Francis.
His Excellency Bishop-Emeritus Peter Stasiuk, C.Ss.R., Rev. Leonid Malkov, C.Ss.R., Pastor of Our Mother of Perpetual Help (St. Mary’s) in Yorkton, Very Rev. Joakim Rac, Dean of the Yorkton Deanery, and Sisters Marijka Konderewicz, Suzanne Kokuruds & Theresa Slota, S.S.M.I., were present.
At the Supper presentations were made on behalf of various Deanery and Provincial Catholic organizations to honour Bishop Bryan including by the Yorkton Deanery Clergy, Board of St. Michael’s Camp, Sister Servants of Mary Immaculate, The Catholic School Board Association of Saskatchewan, Sacred Heart School, Knights of Columbus, Ukrainian Catholic Brotherhood of Canada and the Ukrainian Catholic Women’s League of Canada and representatives of parishes including Foam Lake and Yorkton.
