Divine Liturgy – Prymitsia of Father Vasyl Tymishak

An invitation is extended to all to come join and celebrate in the Divine Liturgy – Prymitsia of Father Vasyl Tymishak, to welcome our newly ordained priest for our Eparchy, on Monday, September 17th at 7:00 pm at St. George’s Cathedral in Saskatoon. Following the Divine Liturgy, Father Vasyl will give his blessings to all those in attendance, and all are invited to come down to the Cathedral auditorium for refreshments and social to meet Father Vasyl and his family.
Father Vasyl Tymishak was ordained on July 12, 2018 by His Excellency Bishop Bryan Bayda, CSsR at SS, Michael and Apostle Thomas Church in Sadzhava (Ivano-Frankivsk region), Ukraine.
Father Vasyl has been appointed to serve as Administrator for St. Athanasius Parish in Regina and Moose Jaw and District parishes, as of September 1, 2018.
