HAEC Wraps Up Latest Project“How a Grain of Wheat Linked Two Worlds” is an integrated teaching unit for Grade 3, developed and recently completed by UCC Saskatchewan’s Holodomor Awareness and Education Committee (HAEC).
The unit, which may be viewed here, was one of the teaching resources on the Holodomor that was presented at yesterday’s educational webinar. Co-hosted by UCC Saskatchewan & Fighting Anti-Semitism Together (FAST), the virtual event kicked off National Holodomor Awareness Week which continues until November 29. |

Call for Input – “Memories of Father Wolodymyr Iwaszko” ProjectSince in-person interviews have been postponed due to the increasing number of Covid-19 cases, those who were scheduled for an interview are asked instead to email their memories of Fr. Wolodymyr by December 1st. |

Excerpts from your written memories will be included in the book. A few questions to help you write your memories (PDF)
As soon as the situation improves, in-person interviews — to be used in the video about Fr. Iwaszko’s life — will be rescheduled.
Those who are not being interviewed but would like to contribute to the book project are welcome to email their memories of Father Wolodymyr Iwaszko.
