Greetings from Queen’s House Retreat and Renewal Centre!
Welcome to our electronic newsletter – our way to stay in touch with you, and keep you informed about the various programs, events and other opportunities we are offering. For more than 60 years Queen’s House Retreat and Renewal Centre has been providing “sacred space” to many people. A place of hospitality, beauty and quiet, Queen’s House welcomes you, whether you are coming for some quiet time by yourself, or meeting with a group of people. All are most welcome!
In this time of COVID-19 we are following all safety protocols as we open our facility to the public. Please call ahead to arrange your visit to Queen’s House. While some of our programming will be “in-person,” most will be offered through Zoom.
ROOTS AND WINGS
CAPITAL CAMPAIGN
The goal of this capital campaign is to attain $100,000 over the next 2 years as a match to the financial support that we are currently receiving from the religious community who founded and operates Queen’s House, the Oblates of Mary Immaculate, and more specifically, our Oblate Lacombe Canada province, through their practical and expressed support for retreat ministry. The funds that we collect through our Roots & Wings Capital Campaign will assist us with the ongoing repairs, upgrading and maintenance work of our facility, technology, sound and infrastructure needs.
We are pleased to share with you the excellent programs that are being offered by other retreat centres, schools and individuals…enjoy!
