Fundraiser at Ukrainian Day in the Park,
Saturday, August 25, 2018 – 11:00am-7:00pm

The Ukrainian Catholic Youth Ministry is calling out to you to help our young people with a fundraiser at Ukrainian Day at the Park (11:00am-7:00pm, on Saturday, August 25, 2018, Rotary
Park, Saskatoon). The money raised will go towards our youth attending World Youth Day in Panama in January 2019. Without your active support and contributions, we will struggle to meet our fundraising goal. Therefore, we are counting on your active participation by volunteering or providing us with the necessary supplies.
We are going to have children’s activities (making braids, cement figure painting, Ukrainian doll making, gingerbread decoration) as well as a food station with crepes, popcorn, cotton candy and slush. We need volunteers in these sections as well as helpers with loading/unloading/cleaning.
Supplies that we need are: tents, coolers, ice, chairs, tables, slush machine, basin for washing dishes, garbage bins, hand washing stations (container for portable water (with a spigot), container for waste water).
May this wonderful and spiritual opportunity for young people come true! We are hoping for your generous contribution and active support. Please, support our youth!
