On Saturday, September 15, 2018, while in Moose Jaw for an Eparchial UCWLC retreat, a special visit was made by Eparchial President Marlene Bodnar and His Excellency Bishop Bryan Bayda, CSSR to the home of Helen Kushner, who on September 21, 2018 celebrated her 100th Birthday. Helen was presented with flowers and a Certificate of Appreciation on behalf of the UCWLC by Eparchial President, Marlene Bodnar, and a Certificate of Acknolwedgement on the Centenary of her 100th Birthday by His Excellency Bishop Bryan Bayda, CsSR. Present with Helen, was her younger sister Doreen Todoruk, who also resides with Helen.
